Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 06/07/2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and any enquiries, forms, call bookings or free Ideal Customer Profile requests submitted through it.
This website is operated by Sandown Engineering Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Company name: Sandown Engineering Solutions Ltd
Company number: 17231018
Email: info@sandownengineering.com
Website: https://sandownengineering.com

For legal documents, contracts and policies, we use the full company name: Sandown Engineering Solutions Ltd. On the website, we may also refer to the business as Sandown.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. About Sandown
Sandown Engineering Solutions Ltd provides business-to-business lead generation services for engineering and manufacturing companies.

Our services may include prospect research, target market definition, outreach, response review, lead qualification, reporting and campaign review.

The information on this website is provided for general business information only. It is not a binding offer to supply services.

2. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • use the website in a way that may damage, overload or impair it;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems or data;

  • copy, scrape or extract website content without permission;

  • submit false, misleading or harmful information;

  • upload viruses, malware or other harmful code;

  • use the website for spam or unlawful activity.

We may restrict access to the website if we believe it is being misused.

3. Website content
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or free from error.

Any examples, results, statistics, case studies or cost comparisons are for general guidance only. Actual results may vary depending on the client’s market, offer, response time, target audience, sales process and other factors outside Sandown’s control.

Nothing on this website should be treated as professional, legal, financial or tax advice.

4. Free Ideal Customer Profile
The website may offer a free Ideal Customer Profile, market mapping review or similar initial assessment.

This free review is intended to give an initial view of your target market, ideal customer types and possible buyer roles. It does not create a client relationship unless both parties later agree written service terms.

To prepare the review, we may ask you to provide information about your business, offer, target sectors, customers and sales goals.

We reserve the right to decline a free review where the request is unsuitable, incomplete, outside our area of work or appears to be misuse of the offer.

5. Enquiries and call bookings
You may contact us through the website form, email or booking link.
Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a contract for paid services. A contract for paid services will only be formed when written service terms are agreed between Sandown and the client.

If you book a call through a third-party booking tool, that tool may have its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Paid services
Paid services are supplied under a separate written agreement between Sandown Engineering Solutions Ltd and the client.

That agreement will set out the agreed scope, fees, start date, number of campaign seats, notice period, client duties, payment terms, data responsibilities and any other agreed terms.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms and Conditions and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will take priority for the paid services.

7. Pricing information
Any pricing shown on the website is provided for general information and may change.
Unless stated otherwise:

  • prices are quoted in pounds sterling;

  • VAT may be added where applicable;

  • the final scope and price are confirmed before work begins;

  • no paid work starts until both parties have agreed the relevant service terms.

Sandown may update pricing, offers or service details at any time.

8. Performance and results
Sandown uses reasonable commercial skill and care in providing its services.
Lead generation results can be affected by many factors, including the client’s offer, market conditions, target audience, response time, brand position, existing sales process and economic conditions.

Unless expressly agreed in a signed client agreement, Sandown does not guarantee:

  • a fixed number of leads;

  • a fixed number of sales;

  • a fixed conversion rate;

  • a fixed revenue outcome;

  • that any specific prospect will respond or buy.

Any guarantees, service levels or performance terms must be agreed in writing before they apply.

9. Client information and responsibilities
Where a business chooses to work with Sandown, the client is expected to provide accurate and timely information needed to support the campaign.

This may include details about the client’s services, target sectors, ideal customer profile, buyer roles, sales process, brand position and preferred messaging.

Sandown is not responsible for poor outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information from the client, or by the client’s failure to follow up on qualified opportunities in a timely way.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, brand assets and design elements, belongs to Sandown Engineering Solutions Ltd or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may view and use the website for normal business information purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, sell, licence or reuse website content without written permission, except where allowed by law.

12. Privacy and cookies

Use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.

By submitting a form or enquiry, you agree that Sandown may use the information you provide to respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss Sandown’s services with you.

13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sandown will not be liable for:

  • loss of profit;
